On November 19th, the Asian Youth Residence Instruction and Orientation Meeting was held in the Multi-Function Hall in Asian Youth Center. The representatives from the Security Department, the Undergraduate Affairs Office, the Graduate Affairs Office, the International Students Office, and the Residential Property attended this meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ding Jie, teacher from the International Students Office, welcomed both old and new residents and gave a brief introduction to the Asian Youth Center to help familiarize the students with the Asian Youth Center.
Next, Zhao Songjie, teacher from the Security Department, provided safety training for the students, and proposed that the students should be careful with electrical appliances and follow the residence regulations.
Thirdly, Chen Yimin, teacher from the International Students Office, introduced the regulations of residence, the points of attention, the rules of remaining, and the coming regulations of safety supervisors.
At the end of the meeting, the presidents from the Asian Youth Center Self-management Committee and the International Dormitory Committee introduced these two organizations to the students, encouraging the students interested in the management of the department to join them.
