Notice for Asian Youth Center (AYC) Dormitory Application during summer break and next semester

The 2019 spring semester is about to end. The details for AYC dormitory application during summer break and next semester are listed as follows:

For Self-support Students:

1. The duration of the AYC program is one year. For students who have already stayed at AYC for one year and want to continue staying at AYC: Please register and hand in the application form for the next round of AYC recruitment before 2^ndJune2019, 17:00 (GMT +8) at the counter of themain building of International Students Dormitory. Further details will be stated on Announcement on Recruitment of Asian Youth CenterAccommodationProgram for Foreign Asian Students.

2. For students who have stayed at AYC for less than one year and are still occupying a room: Please register your information and whether you are in the dormitory during the holiday at the counter of the Foreign Students Dormitory before 2^ndJune 2019, 17:00 (GMT +8). Thereafter, please make online payment for next semester’s accommodation fee between 9^thJune 2019, 09:00 (GMT +8) and 14^thJune 2019, 17:00 (GMT +8).

3. For students who want to move to the Main Building or Supplementary Buildings during summer break and next semester: Please registeryour information and whether you are in the dormitory during the holiday and choose your roomat the counter of the Foreign Students Dormitory before6^thJune 2019, 17:00 (GMT +8). And please make online payment for the holiday accommodation and 800 CNY as deposit for next semester between 9^thJune 2019, 09:00 (GMT +8) and 14^thJune 2019, 17:00 (GMT +8). Thereafter, please finish your removal between 30^th June 2019 and 2^nd July 2019.

4.  For students who do not require accommodation during summer break but want to stay in the Main Building or Supplementary Buildings next semester: The online room reservation starts from 9^thAugust 2019, 09:00 (GMT +8) to 11^thAugust 2019, 09:00 (GMT +8).

Students who fail to register, reserve a room, or pay the required fees before the deadline will be asked to move out of AYC before 30^th June 2019, 12:00 (GMT +8).

For Scholarship Holders (who do not have to pay the dorm fee):

1.For students who are not graduated this semester, please go to the service desk of the international studentsdormitory to register whether you will be in the dormitory during the holiday before 6^th June, 2019.

2.For students who are graduated this semester, please move out of dorm before 16^th July, 2019, 12:00.
