Dear students:
The duration of the AYC program is one year. The new round of application is now open to students and the details are as follows:
1. Applicants: Foreign Asian Students Studying at Fudan University.
2. Model Room Visit:
Opening hours: 9:00 - 17:00, 31st May,2019.
Location: Room 101, Building 1 of Asian Youth Center (formerly Building 128, Northern Students Residence).
3. Application Time:
Please register and hand in the application form at the counter of the Foreign Students Dormitory before 17:00 on 2nd June, 2019. Please fill the email address in the form and Fudan mailbox is recommended. The interview notice will be sent in email and posted on the bulletin board of the Dormitory and on the website of International Students Office (http://iso.fudan.edu.cn) by 3rdJune, 2019,before 15:00.
4. Interview:
The interview will be held in Meeting Room 120, the Main Building of the Foreign Students Dormitory on the morning of 4thJune, 2019. The interview will last for 5 minutes, 2 minutes for self-statement and 3 minutes for Q&A. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier in the South Lobby of the Main Building of the International Students Dormitory.
5. Room Allocation:
Current residents at AYC can retain their original rooms while new students are allocated randomly.
6. Check-in and Accommodation Fee Payment:
The final list will be posted on the bulletin board of the Dormitory and the website of International Students Office (http://iso.fudan.edu.cn/) by 5thJune, 2019, 12:00.
For New Students:
The check-in time is 1stSeptember, 2019 (3-day in advance is available, i.e. 29thAugust, 2019 as earliest). Please pay online for the next semester accommodation fee between 9thJune, 2019, 9:00 and 14thJune, 2019, 17:00 ..
Students who fail to register or pay fees before the deadline are considered to have waived the application.
