Notice for the International Students Dormitory Application

Since the spring semester of 2019 is coming to an end, the details of the International StudentsDormitory Application for the Upcoming Holidays and Next Semester are listed as follows:

For Self-support Students:

1.Students who need to keep the current dorm during summer break and next semester.

Please register your information and whether you are in the dormitory during the holidayat the counter of the International Students Dormitory before 6^thJune 2019, 17:00(GMT+8).

Time to pay Accommodation fee: ①Pay the holiday accommodation fee online from 9:00 on 9^th June, 2019 to 17:00 on 14^th June, 2019, students who fail to register or pay the fees within the above-mentioned period shall be deemed to have given up the apartment accommodation, also would have to move out of dorm at the end of this semester (before 30^th June, 2019, 12:00).②Pay the rest rent online from 9:00 on 8^th August, 2019 to 9:00 on 23^rd August, 2019, students who fail to register or pay the fees within the above-mentioned period shall be deemed to have given up the apartment accommodation, also would have to move out of dorm before 2^edSeptember, 2019, 12:00.

PS: The amount of holiday fee is the same as regular fee.

2.Any current residents apart from the mentioned above:

If you want to stay in the dorm for next semester, please visit the ISO website (http://iso.fudan.edu.cn/) to carry out the booking procedure. The booking online session starts from 9:00 on9^th August, 2019 to 9:00 on 11^th August, 2019.

3.Other notice is to be assigned for international students who live in the Asian Youth Centre.

For Scholarship Holders (who do not have to pay the dorm fee):

1.For students who are not graduated this semester, please go to the service desk of the international studentsdormitory to register whether you will be in the dormitory during the holiday before 6^th June, 2019.

2.For students who are graduated this semester, please move out of dorm before 16^th July, 2019, 12:00.
